Shipping, Refund & Return Policy

Shipping
All orders will ship within 7-45 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via any of the carriers below. When shipping to or from overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn’t happen often, but it can happen. All orders are sent via any of the carriers below, unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class carrier is preferred. If the shipping address is different from the address provided through our site or our payment gateway site, please contact the seller prior to payment. If the site or payment gateway site addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, the seller will send the order to the address provided through our site.

Carriers
the seller will use the following carriers to deliver your orders: DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS, TNT, Local Transporters or your own shipping way & agent, please contact the seller.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, the seller will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders (for instance, orders using Nipost mail or Local Transporters) may not be tracked online or may not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, if not, contact the seller for shipping rates and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order the seller will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available the seller will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard), USSD Transfer Code, Direct Bank Transfer.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

How To Return An Item
You will get a Full Refund if you don't receive your order. You will get a Full or Partial Refund, if the item is not as described, buyer pays return shipping fee. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item to the seller within 7 days of your purchase. While most issues can be handled successfully through basic, open dialogue with the seller first (as both parties benefit from a favorable business relationship), some situations must be escalated into more formal requests. 1. Please email us or use our contact page to request a refund if you and the seller could not resolve the issue. 2. Mail your returned item to: Please contact the seller. 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned or refunded if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games, online subscriptions after they have been accessed, perishable items. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges
For example, if your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
