How the Order Process Works on DukaShops

This tutorial will show you How the Order Process Works on DukaShops - a Nigerian Multi-Vendor eCommerce Marketplace - Buy and sell online in Nigeria.

Step 1

Hover over "My Account" and click "My Products"

Step 2

There are two ways to check for new orders of your products on DukaShops. Either Click "My Sell Orders" Or check your email.

Step 3

After Clicking "My Sell Orders" click the edit icon.

Step 4

Click the new button and select "In process" after an order has been made for your product on DukaShops. "Click Submit"

Step 5

Click the Edit Icon, Type In the name, the tracking number, and Tracking URL of the shipping company Or Upload an image indicating proof that the product has been shipped. Click "Submit"

Step 6

Click the edit icon and change the "In process" button to "completed" after the product has gotten to the buyer. Click "Sumbit"
